Mango Garlic Mustard

Today we made an amazing discovery while trying to make honey mustard, except… there’s wasn’t any honey in the house. So I made a yogurt and mango based version of the condiment. Here’s how you make it:

  • 1 1/2 cups yellow mustard
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mango nectar/juice
  • 2 tbsp cane sugar
  • 1 tsp heavy cream powder
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  1. Mix mustard, yogurt, and nectar in a bowl together. If needed, add more mustard or nectar.
  2. Add in minced garlic.
  3. Stir in 1 tbsp cane sugar and the heavy cream powder. Mix quickly to avoid clumping
  4. Add the rest of the sugar and mix thoroughly
  5. Add fresh mint or thyme as garnish (optional)
